Saint Henry School is a Catholic Elementary School in the Diocese of Nashville located in West Meade, a suburb in West Nashville, between Belle Meade and Bellevue. Saint Henry School (SHS) provides academic excellence over 680 children from pre-kindergarten through the eighth grade. Saint Henry School is staffed by the Dominican Sisters of the Saint Cecilia Congregation of Nashville and numerous lay teachers.

Congratulations to Will Braeuner (SHS '12)  and Peter Connor (SHS '12) who were named National Merit Scholarship semifinalists at Father Ryan High School and to Natalie Zimberg (SHS '12) who was named National Merit Scholarship semifinalist at St. Cecilia Academy.

Cross Country Champs 2015

Congratulations to both 7th/8th grade girls and boys teams that placed 1st in the Championship Cross Country meet. Girls who placed are Shelby Mryncza 2nd, Kate Hoots 5th, Annabel Feltner 6th, Stella Harrison 8th and Lucy Green 11th.  Boys who placed are Paul Killian 5th, Frank Donlon 7th, Ben O'Brien 10th, Collin Haugh 12th, Walker Campbell 16th and Aiden Scott 18th.

Saint Henry School Alum Tanner Dieterich made the World Cup
roster for Chile

Congratulations to Tanner Dieterich (SHS Class of 2012) who earned a call to the U.S. U-17 National Soccer Team to play in the 2015 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Chile.  Tanner recently visited the 7th/8th grade students at Saint Henry and explained how important it is to set goals for yourself and being called to play in the World Cup was one of his goals.

Cross Country City Meet
Congratulations to our 6th-8th grade Cross Country team members.  The girls placed 3rd in the City Meet with Annabel Feltner placing 9th, Kate Hoots placing 11th, and Stella Harrison placing 15th.  The boys placed 2nd in the City with Kolby Meadows placing 2nd, Ben O'Brien placing 11th and Collin Haugh placing 13th.
Diocesan Forensics Team takes home First Place Sweepstakes Trophy
Everyone who entered placed and contributed to this first place victory! Congratulations to Chelsea Dongas - 1st in Dramatic Interpretation, Ben Gregg - 1st in Pantomime, Adam Gild - 1st in Impromptu, Rafe Larkin - 2nd in Poetry, Phillip Lewis - 3rd in Storytelling, Elle Beierlein - 3rd in Audition, Lillian Hertzog - 4th in Competitive Prose, and Olivia Zimberg/Jack Costa - 6th in Duet Interpretation.

Congratulations to the 7th/8th grade Varsity Volleyball Team who placed 2nd in the regular season and 1st in the DAC tournament.
