Player Registration

To register your child or children for sports at Saint Henry, visit our athletics site (you will need to create a Blue Sombrero account if you do not already have one).

Health And ConCussion Awareness form

All players must have a current diocesan health form signed by a parent and doctor. The new form for each year will be available from the athletic director. Completed forms can be sent to the school office or emailed to the athletic director at ad@sthenry.org. 

Volunteer to Coach

Thank you for your interest in coaching a sport at Saint Henry School! We rely on volunteer involvement to maintain our sports program and appreciate your time.

To volunteer to coach, please indicate your interest when registering your child for a sport on our athletics site. If you have any questions, please contact the athletic director at ad@sthenry.org.
  
Note: All coaches must have a background check and complete a concussion awareness certification in order to coach in the Diocese of Nashville.
